Download InfoGov Support ToolWhen you have downloaded the tool, just double-click the InfoGov-Support.exe icon to run it at the time agreed with your InfoGov support consultant.
Nothing will be installed. You can safely delete the file after the support session - but we recommend keeping it for future use.
The InfoGov Support tool is based upon the ‘TeamViewer QuickSupport’ software. Please see www.teamviewer.com for more information.
