In 2004 InfoGov was formed to satisfy European organisations growing need to manage governance, risk and compliance. It was a good decision because GRC has become one of the biggest business challenges in recent times. Creating a solution that could be rolled out quickly, scaled seamlessly and used effortlessly was a tall order but with industry experience, software know-how and a lot of late nights, Proteus was born.
The Proteus IT GRC solution has evolved and grown to help businesses manage their complex and often time-consuming GRC requirements. With Proteus, management have the information they need to limit risks, ensure compliance and manage governance effectively.
Now, seven years on, InfoGov are the founding software partner of the iGRC Consortium – a Government funded research and development group dedicated to creating an interface standard to support the ‘next generation’ of GRC (iGRC).
